This Jewelry Warranty Insurance Coverage Plan, offered by Johnnysiceandco, provides comprehensive protection for your valuable silver jewelry against theft, loss, damage, or misuse. By enrolling in this plan, you ensure that your cherished pieces are safeguarded, allowing you to wear them with confidence and peace of mind.
Coverage Details:

Theft: In the unfortunate event of a theft, this policy covers the replacement cost of your silver jewelry, up to the policy limit, provided the incident is reported to the local authorities and to Johnnysiceandco within 24 hours.

Loss: Your silver jewelry is protected in case of accidental loss, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Lost items must be reported promptly to Johnnysiceandco for coverage eligibility.

Damage: Accidental damage to your silver jewelry, including breakage or any other form of impairment, is covered under this plan. To initiate a claim, please contact Johnnysiceandco with the relevant details.

Misuse: Coverage extends to instances of misuse, provided it does not violate the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Misuse claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Deductible:
In the case of a lost item, a deductible of $200.00 will apply. The deductible amount will be deducted from the total coverage payout.
Plan Activation:
This coverage plan becomes effective on the specified start date, upon receipt of the first premium payment of $35.00. Subsequent payments are due on the same day of each month to keep the plan active.
Cancellation:
You may cancel this coverage plan at any time by notifying Johnnysiceandco in writing or via email. Please note that premiums are non-refundable.
How to File a Claim:
To file a claim, please contact Johnnysiceandco through our designated claims hotline or email. Provide the necessary details, including a police report for theft claims, and our claims department will guide you through the process.
