WELCOME DEE! Lets get started with your interview questions
1. Can you tell us about your journey as a sales rep and what led you to join Johnny’s Ice & Co?
'Started off very green in learning the ins and outs of the jewelry industry. Got some training on different metals Karats and stones. Also got training on shooting content to the business standards. I had interest before in the more urban side of the industry. Was looking for work then I seen a story post looking for employees. Pulled up and filled out the app and it’s been up from there.'
2. How has your experience as a sales rep shaped your approach to connecting with customers?
'I have a very strong history in customer service I do usually take a more “gentle” approach when connecting, but sometimes they just don’t get it. Sometimes you gotta put the carrot in front of their face for them to understand'
3. What makes Johnny’s Ice & Co stand out compared to other brands or businesses you’ve worked with?
'Well for one we’re not just a building or another business trying to just sell something. We are trying to stamp ourselves out here!'
4. How has being part of Johnny’s Ice & Co benefited you, both personally and professionally?
'Oh boy Johnny hates when someone is late lmfao and you had to bet a million on someone not showing up on time, you can count on me to make you that million. But I’ve worked on it. Communication is also a major part of that professionalism.'

Making sure the vibe is right for anyone coming in, meaning cleanliness, tunes and vibe of the store. Knowing what I’m talking about and providing a welcoming experience.
