IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DENTAL IMPRESSIONS AND CUSTOM GRILLZ

By purchasing a custom grillz product, impression kit, or related service from JOHNNYSICEANDCO, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Dental Services Provided

JOHNNYSICEANDCO is a jewelry company and is not a dental office, dental laboratory, dental clinic, dental practice, or healthcare provider. JOHNNYSICEANDCO does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any dental or medical condition and does not provide dental advice, dental treatment, or dental services of any kind.

Customer-Taken Impressions Only

All dental impressions submitted for custom grillz must be taken by the customer. JOHNNYSICEANDCO employees, representatives, agents, contractors, or affiliates do not take dental impressions on customers and do not provide assistance that constitutes the practice of dentistry.

Customers are solely responsible for properly taking their own dental impressions using the supplied impression kit and following all provided instructions.

Assumption of Risk

By using a dental impression kit, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily taking your own dental impression and assume all risks associated with doing so. JOHNNYSICEANDCO shall not be liable for any discomfort, injury, damage, improper fit, inaccurate impressions, gag reflex, allergic reactions, or any other issues resulting from the customer's use of the impression materials or impression-taking process.

No Guarantee of Fitness or Dental Suitability

Custom grillz are decorative jewelry items only and are not intended to improve oral health, dental function, or medical conditions. JOHNNYSICEANDCO makes no representation regarding the dental suitability of grillz for any individual customer.

Customers should consult with a licensed dentist before purchasing or wearing grillz if they have any concerns regarding their oral health, dental condition, existing dental work, orthodontics, crowns, bridges, implants, or other dental appliances.

Accuracy of Impressions

The customer is solely responsible for submitting accurate and usable impressions. If impressions are determined to be unusable, distorted, incomplete, damaged, or inaccurate, the customer may be required to submit new impressions before production can begin. Additional fees may apply or visit our recommended dental office for impression services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JOHNNYSICEANDCO, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the customer's use of impression kits, submitted impressions, custom grillz, or related products and services.

Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing, using, or submitting a dental impression kit to JOHNNYSICEANDCO, you acknowledge that:

• You understand JOHNNYSICEANDCO is not a dental provider.
• You are personally taking your own dental impressions.
• You assume all responsibility for the impressions submitted.
• You release JOHNNYSICEANDCO from liability related to the impression-taking process.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and all applicable terms and conditions.
