EXTENDED COVERAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Johnny’s Ice & Co. Extended Coverage Terms & Conditions
At Johnny’s Ice & Co., we believe in protecting your investment and keeping your jewelry shining for life. Our Extended Coverage Program is a membership-based protection plan designed to save you money on repairs, cleanings, replacements, and more — while also unlocking the opportunity to earn income through our exclusive Rep Program.
Customers have two options when signing up. If you don’t currently need any services, you may enroll in the program ahead of time to avoid paying full service costs later. Signing up early gives you immediate access to all member perks. However, if you bring in a product that requires polishing, repairs, stone replacements, or any other service, you must pay the full service balance first before you're eligible to join the Extended Coverage Program.
As an active member, you’ll enjoy a wide range of benefits including free jewelry cleanings, free repairs, free stone replacements (up to a certain size/value), free resizing, free custom molds, and free shipping on services. You'll also gain access to our exclusive VIP Rep Chat and the chance to participate in the Johnny’s Ice Rep Program, where you can earn 25% commission on all jewelry sales or Extended Coverage sign-ups that you bring in.
Only active members are eligible to become brand reps. Membership must remain in good standing, and all dues must be current to qualify for commissions. Failure to pay for your Extended Coverage may result in suspension of benefits and temporary removal from the rep program.
If your membership remains unpaid for multiple months, Johnny’s Ice & Co. reserves the right to collect the full outstanding balance as a debt, and an interest rate of 3.5% per unpaid month may be applied to cover service and product replacement costs. Continued non-payment may result in further collection actions.
Additionally, if a customer drops off a piece of jewelry and fails to pay for their Extended Coverage or the service total at the time of drop-off, Johnny’s Ice & Co. reserves the right to retain the jewelry for up to 90 days. After this period, if the balance remains unpaid, we reserve the right to use or liquidate the jewelry to recover the costs of the products and services provided. By dropping off your jewelry, you waive your rights to reclaim the item if your account is delinquent or unpaid, and you agree not to pursue claims or disputes against Johnny’s Ice & Co. regarding this matter.
By enrolling in the Extended Coverage Program or receiving services through our store, you acknowledge and accept these terms. You understand that Johnny’s Ice & Co. is not liable for unpaid services or unrecovered jewelry when membership remains inactive or past due.
