JOHNNY’S ICE & CO. MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in the Johnny’s Ice & Co. Membership Program, you acknowledge and agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee of $29.99, which will be automatically billed to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. This charge will continue on a month-to-month basis unless the membership is formally canceled in accordance with the terms outlined herein. By signing and initialing the agreement, you confirm that you fully understand and authorize this recurring billing structure and accept all responsibilities associated with maintaining an active membership.

The Johnny’s Ice & Co. Membership Program is designed to provide members with exclusive access to premium services, pricing, and inventory not available to non-members. Active members are entitled to a comprehensive suite of benefits, including complimentary jewelry cleanings and polishings, free repairs on eligible items, free stone replacements, complimentary custom molds, laser engravings, and free shipping both to and from Johnny’s Ice & Co. Members are further granted access to exclusive pricing structures, priority service and turnaround times, custom jewelry project eligibility, VIP Brand Chat access, personalized membership identification, and privileged access to gold bars, silver bars, coins, and other precious metals inventory. These benefits are available solely to members in good standing and are subject to modification at the discretion of Johnny’s Ice & Co.

As part of the membership, jewelry protection benefits are extended to active members under specific conditions. Coverage for damaged items is included and may result in repair or replacement as determined appropriate by Johnny’s Ice & Co. in its sole discretion. In the event of theft, coverage is contingent upon the submission of a valid police report and a verified appraisal confirming the value of the item in question. Approved theft claims will require the member to pay a deductible prior to any replacement being issued. Lost items are not covered under this program unless sufficient verifiable proof of ownership and loss is provided and accepted. Johnny’s Ice & Co. reserves the exclusive right to approve or deny any claim based on the validity, completeness, and authenticity of the documentation submitted.

Access to custom jewelry projects is a privilege reserved exclusively for active members. Membership must remain active throughout the entirety of the custom design and production process. Should a membership lapse, be canceled, or otherwise become inactive during an ongoing custom project, Johnny’s Ice & Co. reserves the right to pause, delay, or terminate the project until the membership is reinstated or alternative arrangements are agreed upon.

Members retain the right to cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellation will result in the immediate application of a $100 cancellation fee. Upon cancellation, all membership benefits, protections, and privileges shall terminate immediately and without exception. The former member will thereafter be subject to full retail pricing on all products and services and will no longer be eligible for exclusive pricing, custom project access, member-only inventory, or any associated privileges. Additionally, canceled members will be restricted from attending brand-sponsored events, private experiences, and any future member-exclusive opportunities offered by Johnny’s Ice & Co including being charged full retail pricing for any future purchases.

By executing this agreement, you acknowledge that the Johnny’s Ice & Co. Membership Program constitutes a subscription-based service, that all benefits and protections are contingent upon continuous active membership, and that Johnny’s Ice & Co. reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the program at its discretion. Furthermore, Johnny’s Ice & Co. reserves the right to refuse service, revoke membership, or deny benefits in instances of misuse, abuse, fraudulent claims, insufficient documentation, or any violation of the terms set forth above.
