PROJECT CONFIRMATION
After your order is placed, a JOHNNYSICEANDCO jeweler will contact you directly to review and confirm your project specifications, customization requests, and pricing before production begins.
PRODUCTION & PAYMENT
• $500 deposit is required to begin the custom project.
• After final design approval, the remaining 50% of the required deposit/payment is due before production begins. ( total will vary on specifications )
• Standard production time is approximately 2 weeks after final approval.
• The remaining balance is due in full before shipment or release.
Customization may affect the final price and production time.
